Meaningful Health for Every Body
At M-Health Pennant Hills, we believe healthcare should be meaningful — rooted in evidence, delivered with compassion, and focused on helping people live and move well.
Founded by Dr Robert Korac and Dr Lydia Thompson, M-Health brings together a multidisciplinary team of osteopaths, massage therapists, and rehabilitation specialists united by one purpose: to deliver whole-body, evidence-informed care that restores confidence, movement, and quality of life.
We combine the philosophy of osteopathy — treating the body as an interconnected system — with modern tools such as NeuFit neuromuscular therapy, low-light laser, and clinical remedial massage to achieve faster, more sustainable results.

Whether it’s tight traps from training or stress knots from long days at work, Jarrad brings an intuitive, hands-on approach that’s as precise as it is powerful.
Every treatment is tailored and deeply attentive — because no two bodies (or injuries) are the same. He blends deep tissue, trigger-point, and myofascial techniques to release restriction, improve circulation, and restore natural movement.
