Everything You Need to Know Before Your First Appointment
Welcome to M-Health Pennant Hills
We’re here to help you move better, recover faster, and understand your body more deeply.
Whether you’re visiting us for osteopathy, paediatric care, remedial massage, or Neubie rehabilitation, your first appointment is the beginning of a clear and collaborative plan for better health.
Our aim is to make your first experience simple, supportive, and empowering — so you leave knowing exactly what’s next.
What to Expect at Your First Appointment
Your first visit allows us to assess your condition, identify contributing factors, and create a structured treatment plan.
Initial Discussion – We’ll explore your symptoms, medical history, and lifestyle to understand the bigger picture.
Assessment & Movement Testing – Your practitioner will assess mobility, posture, and strength to find the root cause.
Diagnosis & Treatment Plan – We’ll clearly explain what’s happening and outline the next steps.
Treatment – Most sessions include hands-on therapy plus movement advice or exercises to begin your recovery.
Every step is collaborative — we’ll explain what we’re doing, why, and how it helps.
