  • Our super-pulsed laser delivers red light directly into the cell leading to improved blood flow, neurological perception, cellular activity and ultimately improving the bodies reposnse to healing injury and pain. It is a gentle, safe and effective tool for the treatment of chronic and acute pain.

  • The start to life is hard. The start to life with pain, reflux, colic and gastro-intestinal issues can make things even harder. We utilise gentle and safe treatments to help your baby thrive and make that start to life a little easier

We are an Osteopathy clinic located in the heart of Pennant Hills, offering a modern, whole body approach to pain and injury management

Our team includes highly skilled Osteopaths specialising in managing both acute and chronic conditions, as well as a dedicated paediatric osteopath and lactation consultant, ensuring we can help the whole family.

Our clinic is conveniently located off Fisher Ave. Carpark with access to over 300 free. car parks and direct access to the train, so what are you waiting for?

Conditions We Treat

  • It’s in the name! We specialise in helping manage athletes of all levels deal with and resolve issues like tendinopathy, muscle tear, bursitis, joint sprain/strain.

  • Babies! Yep. We take a gentle and evidence informed approach to helping your newest addition

  • Long standing back pain, shoulder pain, headaches, knee pain if you have had it for more than 6 months, this is what we call ‘chronic’. We understand how frustrating these injuries can be, and we relish the opportunity to help you turn your pain around

  • The elephant in the room of most health practices, treating low back pain in all its forms. After 6 years in practice and $100,000 of investment in education, clinical tools and technology, we think we have some pretty good answers for all your low back questions.

  • With a unique approach that is more than just cracking the neck, we consider all aspects of what contribute to having a migraine and headaches. We consult Naturopath Lydia and employ a range of techniques such as Multiradiance Low Light Laser, Neubie, Diet and Supplementation advice on top of just regular hands on treatments

Assess It

We want to know what it looks like, how it moves, what other factors play a role and use this information to make an informed diagnosis.

Plan It

Once we have a grasp on the patients presentation, failing to plan is planning to fail. We need to put in place a plan that we can execute.

Treat It

Executing the plan is the fun bit. We will dig into our tool bag and work with you every step of the way.
